The majority of this experience comes from two of our founders, Tate Wood and Mike Womack .

Tate was the co-founder of Drake Waterfowl Systems. He founded Drake in 2002 and sold it in 2022.
Mike Womack was Tate's first employee at Drake... As creative director, they worked side byside for 20years.
