Start with the portal. All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our returns portal within 30 days of delivery. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Eligibility and exclusions are outlined below.
Return eligibility- Non-sale items purchased at full MSRP may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, jobsite exposure, or damage may be denied.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, including shipping the original item back and shipping the replacement item to you.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Sale or discounted items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom, decorated, or personalized products
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. This includes shipping items back to BRO and shipping replacement items for exchanges. Any shipping charges collected through the portal will be shown before you complete your request.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact thecrew@buffaloroamoutfitters.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly. If the error was ours, we will cover return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your financial institution.
