We offer a self-serve return and exchange portal.

Returns must be initiated through the portal. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Non-sale items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • We accept returns on full MSRP items only
  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, jobsite exposure, or damage may be denied.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be processed directly through the returns portal.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown within the return portal before completing your request.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly. If the error was ours, we will cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your financial institution.
