Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated carrier delivery times are shown at checkout. Carrier transit begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping can shorten carrier transit, but it does not shorten order processing, customization, or production time. Delivery dates are estimates unless Buffalo Roam Outfitters confirms a specific date in writing.
If you have a Buffalo Roam Outfitters customer account, open My Orders to view recent orders, fulfillment status, and available tracking. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to open Shopify’s order-status page. If you cannot locate your order or tracking information, visit Track My Order for help.
Your order may arrive in more than one package. Buffalo Roam Outfitters may split shipments because of product availability, fulfillment location, customization, or package size. Separate packages can also have separate tracking numbers, so check all shipment notifications associated with your order before contacting support.
Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address needs to change. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, and additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused shipment, redelivery, or delivery redirection may be the customer’s responsibility.
Carrier delays can happen because of weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check nearby delivery areas and contact the carrier first. Report lost, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments promptly to BRO, and keep the products, packaging, shipping label, and packing materials while the issue is reviewed. Photographs may be required.
Eligible non-sale, full-MSRP items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, jobsite exposure, or damage may be denied. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for the complete terms.
Start through our self-service return and exchange portal. Returns must be initiated through the portal before merchandise is sent back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted. The portal will guide you through the available return or exchange options for your order.
Yes. Eligible exchanges can be processed directly through our return and exchange portal. Before choosing a replacement size, review the product-specific Fit & Sizing guidance and our Size Guide so you can make the best next selection.
No. The current return policy excludes sale or discounted items, final-sale items, gift cards, and custom, decorated, or personalized products. Standard return eligibility applies to full-MSRP merchandise only. Review the Returns & Exchanges Policy before ordering if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.
Any return-shipping cost that applies to your request will be shown in the return portal before you complete it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If Buffalo Roam Outfitters sent a defective or incorrect item and the error was ours, we will cover the return shipping after the issue is reported and reviewed.
Contact Buffalo Roam Outfitters within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so the issue can be reviewed quickly. If the error was ours, BRO will cover return shipping. You can reach customer support at sales@buffaloroamoutfitters.com or through our Contact Us page.
After your return is received and inspected, Buffalo Roam Outfitters will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After BRO issues the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process it.
Start by measuring your body with a soft measuring tape over light clothing, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug. Then use the exact product’s Fit & Sizing guidance and size chart as your primary reference. BRO styles can be cut differently for mobility, layering, or work use, so product-specific guidance should drive the final decision. See the Size Guide for measuring instructions.
Choose based on the garment’s intended fit and how you will actually use it. Account for normal work layers and the movements your job requires, such as reaching, kneeling, climbing, driving, or wearing a tool belt. If mobility matters most, review the product page for stretch, gussets, pleats, articulated construction, or other movement-focused features before choosing your size.
No. There is no single universal BRO fit. Work shirts, pants and shorts, jackets, and vests can be cut differently based on mobility, layering, stretch, rise, leg shape, weather protection, and intended work use. Start with the category guidance in our Size Guide, then use the specific product page’s Fit & Sizing notes and size chart for the final decision.
Use your body measurements unless the product chart specifically says it lists garment dimensions. Garment measurements and body measurements are different, so measuring a favorite shirt or pair of pants and assuming those numbers match body sizing can lead to the wrong choice. Take each body measurement twice and re-measure if the numbers do not agree.
Always follow the care instructions on the garment label first because BRO products use different fabrics, finishes, and construction. Close zippers, snaps, and hook-and-loop fasteners when applicable, wash with similar colors, and use only the bleach, dryer, and ironing settings allowed by the label. Keep sharp or abrasive items away from technical fabrics during laundering. See Product Care for more guidance.
BRO builds workwear around practical durability, comfortable movement, and purpose-built details for real working conditions. Across the lineup, fabrics, construction, fit, and product-specific features are selected to support long days and active work without unnecessary restriction. The goal is not to add features for their own sake—it is to make each garment work harder where it matters. Explore The BRO Difference.
EDGE™ is BRO’s product-specific approach to placing purpose-built materials and construction where they can do the most useful work. The implementation varies by garment. For example, select Foreman styles combine durable FieldWeave™ fabric, Diamondhide™ Ripstop in high-wear shoulder areas, and BroFlex™ stretch and ventilation panels, while other EDGE™ products use different combinations for mobility, warmth, ventilation, or protection.
