Order Processing
All items are made to order. Orders are processed weekly on Fridays at 8:00 AM, and your 10–14 business day shipping window begins after that processing date — so your total wait time depends on when you order relative to the weekly Friday cutoff.
Premium Brands
Peter Millar, Johnnie-O, and other premium brands require an additional 3–6 business days on top of the standard 10–14 day window.
